2006 Ford F250
If you need to haul a lot of gear and you travel long distances it is really hard to beat a big
diesel. I upsized to a Ford F250 Super Duty early in 2006. Key decision making points
for me included the bigger cab for gear and guest as well as the ability to travel in excess
of 500 miles on a single tank of fuel. Off the dealer lot an F250 is pretty tame. But the
market is rich with modifications and before long you can make your rig ready to take on
about anything out there.
